Howard Cattie 

Founder & CEO 

After 30+ years of career coaching, recruiting, and sales management experience, Howard founded CareerOyster, a paradigm shift in the prevailing advice and opinions around interviewing.

Howard's passion is helping people build their career plans and master the art of the resume & interview to help them win their ideal job and build a lifetime of interview skills. 

Howard has extensive experience coaching thousands of jobseekers and hundreds of recruiters in effective career planning, resume writing, interview coaching and job closing strategies at companies like Custom Recruiting Services, Source Services, Romac/Kforce, and Norrell/Spherion.

Howard has an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA in Marketing from Temple University and a BS in Engineering Physics from St Joseph’s University. 

Kerry Gilliam

CMO/COO

Kerry has 25+ years experience in customer success, operations and marketing. 

Kerry is passionate about helping job seekers find their ideal jobs that inspire them, challenge them, and help them achieve their goals. 

Kerry has led customer success, operations and marketing teams in the HRTech space including Infor, Jobvite, Talemetry, PageUp, and PeopleFluent. She is a proven business executive who helps businesses reach their growth goals. She has brought new brands to market and led companies through mergers and acquisitions resulting in integrated, high functioning teams.

Robert Gilliam

Rob is a proven business leader with over 25 years of experience selling technology solutions to help individuals and organizations achieve better outcomes. 

He has worked as an individual account executive as a sales director with large multinational companies as well as startups including Oracle, Infor, CA Technologies, Planview, Pegasystems, Navigar Consulting, and PeopleFluent. 

Rob has seen firsthand how effective the InterviewCoach system is and has coached many colleagues to follow the system to better perform in their interviews and get the jobs they really wanted.
